The oscillating slide gate has been designed for accurate dosing. The DSL dosers are available in various sizes with either hydraulic or pneumatic drive. Measuring movement continuously is possible with the positioning sensor, which makes it easy to change the dosing openings for various products.

The JPT CC conveyors have a capacity of 5–400 m³/h and their length can be varied according to the project. The chain conveyors’ surface treatment:  powder coated, galvanized or stainless steel

Precise batch mixers: Batch mixers are available as blade, biaxial blade and ribbon mixers. The capacity of the mixing tank can range between 500 and 12,000 litres. Batch mixers are mainly suitable for mixing powdery substances, but liquid substances may also be present in a few percent. Biaxial mixers can mix up to 30 batches per hour with a high-quality mixing result, even if the tank is only 40% full. Batch mixers are always tailored to individual customer needs.

Continuous steam mixers for uniform mixing results. Liquid/steam mixers are used to mix liquid components such as water, oil and steam into powdered raw materials. Continuous LM steam mixers achieve very uniform mixing results.

MultiCracker mills for grinding up to 80 tonnes of grain per hour. MultiCracker mills have a capacity of 2 to 80 tonnes per hour with very low energy consumption of just 1.5 kW/tonne. MultiCracker mills are suitable for maize, grains, soybeans, legumes and oilseeds. MultiCracker mills can also be used as crumblers and for wet grinding.
