Introduction: The gold rotary scrubber is also called trommel scrubber, or drum washer/ scrubber; It is no different from other washing machines, but with some extra advantages like producing a high degree of cleanliness, so it’s been widely used in many sand and stone production lines. The trommel scrubbers are mainly applied for washing gold, diamond, and other ore (including manganese, copper, tantalum-niobium-tin, iron ore, silica sand, fluorite, etc.). It is often called gold wash trommel or diamond wash trommel. Main parts: Our JXSC’s rotary scrubbers have two main parts: the drum scrubber and the screen. The drum scrubber part is used for washing ore, and then the screen inside is for sieving different size particles after ores washing processing. Those parts work together to remove water-soluble clays, deleterious materials, and coatings providing the final cleaner products.

Capacity: 5 T/H to 250T/H. Main equipment: trommel scrubber & gold sluice box. The trommel scrubber is designed with wheels, a feeding hopper, and punching hole mesh. After washing the clay, the punching screen mesh will remove oversized rocks under screen materials and down strain to the sluice box for recovering gold. Application: It’s suitable for processing placer gold ore with much sticky clay. It’s also widely used in diamond, tin, chrome, coal, etc washing plants.

Capacity: 1TPH to 300TPH. Main equipment: trommel screen and gold sluice box. The trommel screen can wash, screen, and remove mud in rocks, and the sluice box captures fine gold and nuggets. The sluice box can be customized to 2m, 4m, or 6m in length, 1m or 0.5m in width. Application: The setup is suitable for washing alluvial gold ore without sticky clay. It applies to small or medium-scale gold mining plants needing portable operation.
