The M-clean system is a modular cleaning system for fabrics, belts, and rolls in process industries. The modular design provides flexibility allowing all new equipment or a combination of new and existing equipment. Key components such as spray nozzles are also interchangeable to fit the application. The three customizable M-clean systems available are the M-clean PRO, M-clean ULTRA, and M-clean BRUSH.nd widely varying furnish.

High cleaning efficiency, low flow restrictions, easy maintenance.

The RotoFlex resource recovery strainer is used to effectively and efficiently reclaim white water, heat, chemicals, and fiber from a variety of paper and pulp mill applications, including DAF filtrate, save-all water, and seal pit water.

The gravity strainer 4000 series is used to filter process whitewater that contains relatively high levels of fiber.

The Para-Flow parabolic screen provides an alternate option for solids separation. The patented parabolic screening surface provides a change in the angular momentum and varying slot opening for maximum capacity and highest operating efficiency.

The self-supported SX rotary joint provides a positive seal between stationary piping and a rotating cylinder and is applied to steam, water, and hot oil service. The SX incorporates two internal carbon-graphite bearings that permit self-alignment and long operating life – even on cylinders that are not concentric. Using new sealing technologies, the SX rotary joint has extended seal life and increased reliability along with application flexibility.

Hand-crafted rubber expansion joints available in single- and multiple-arch designs are custom-built to fit your application requirements. Options include PTFE-lined, concentric reducing, eccentric reducing, filled arch, lightweight, and off-set configurations.  With a wide range of elastomers, Kadant Unaflex expansion joints can be designed to operate up to 200 psi and with temperatures up to 500 F in sizes from ½” up to 144”.

A free vortex separator designed for efficient removal of contaminants from all types of applications including OCC coarse screen, refiner, and deflaking protection in a broke system. Available in a wide range of sizes and configurations with a low maintenance, non-plugging design for continuous or intermittent operation.
