We will dispatch a team consisting of engineer, technician and maintenance personnel to customer's site for on-site training, technical exchange, explanation and demonstration of the equipment operation. We will follow up with the customer's pre-installation and on-site usage until they are satisfied.

Our customer service department promises that whenever the equipment is unavailable for any reason, smooth operation will be returned first, followed by the study of responsibility. We will be responsible for all costs spent within the warranty period, including but not limited to material and labor costs.
