This 90 kW displacement pump is suitable for all small-scale industrial uses. It can be fitted with a force-fed lubrication for 24/7 running or lubricated by immersion. The powerful high pressure triplex plunger pump K9000-3G is the alternative to the smaller triple-plunger high pressure pump K8000-3G. As with the K8000-3G, the K9000-3G’s main areas of deployment are jetting, the process industry and provided industrial services like cleaning.

KamJet - Mobile High-Pressure Unit

The mobile high-pressure unit KamJet 3500 – the powerhouse for industrial water jetting. The KamJet is our solution for trouble free extreme high-pressure jetting on a mobile platform. The trailer mounted high-pressure unit is driven by a 175 kW Volvo diesel engine and produces pressures of up to 3,000 bar for a period of as long as eight hours on full tank fuel.

Kamat - Diesel High-Pressure Units

Complete high-pressure units with diesel engine driven plunger pumps. Versatile, turnkey diesel high-pressure pump units. For special areas of application, individual high-pressure systems are required which KAMAT can provide, extending from the first project idea through to the turnkey installation, with 100 percent of the manufacturing in-house. To match the required application, our customers can chose between different drives, force-transfer components, PLC controls, measuring systems, data transfers, remote controls, pneumatic and electrical valve controls, chassis and acoustic insulation equipment. However, the units are already ready for use on the base frame on which they are delivered.

Kamat - High-pressure Safety Valves

Professional pressure-control with the high-pressure safety valves of KAMAT. Our valves are made in-house and are adjusted to the properties and pressures of your application. Our valves are full-lift safety valves and can be operated spring loaded or pilot-operated. All our valves are delivered adjusted to your desired working pressure, the maximum being 4,000 bar and flowrates of up to 4,700 l/min.

Kamat - Pressure Limiting Valves

Mechanically and pneumatically remote operated valves for precise and efficient operation. KAMAT pressure limiting valves for our high-pressure pumps ensure the optimal working pressure at all times. They can be configurated to control pressure either using mechanical pre-adjustment or remote using pneumatic control. We are also able to manufacture many of our pressure limiting valves using special materials, making them ideal for the process industry. Furthermore, are our regulating rods made from ceramics or stellite, making all our valves very resistant to wear.

Valve operated high-pressure gun with up to 600, 1,500 and 3,000 bar. Our KAMAT HP Guns KSP put great emphasis into the ease of operation. Especially with handheld devices, the ergonomic optimization becomes a key ingredient for safe and efficient operation. They are optimized in a way to not produce any torque in the wrist, but also to be versatile in their set up. All hose connections and grips can be rotated to best suit the application at hand. This versatility enables efficient manual surface cleaning of all kind of surfaces without the tiring effects on the body. Also can all our guns be operated with heated fluids.
