Stainless Steel Flange is an indispensable part for a stainless steel piping system, that connects the pipe to another pipe or pipe to a valve. There are holes in the flange, and get the assembly with bolts tightly.

Austenitic stainless steel has austenite as its primary phase, our product covers full 300 series and duplex stainless steel 2205 and super duplex SAF 2507, nickel-based alloy and super austenitic stainless steel 254 SMO (S31254), 904L etc. We are also ability to supply titanium alloy tube and copper alloy tubes in ASME / EN norms. All of our tubings are qualified and third party inspection are available for them.

347H stainless steel pipe is a high carbon austenitic stainless steel pipe, with an excellent heat-resistance material which is applied to boiler, heat exchanger, car and aircraft exhaust, chemical equipment etc. As a higher grade from AISI 321H, the intergranular corrosion of 347H is achieved through the use of niobium (Nb) as a stabilizing element to maximize this feature.  SS 347 has a good mechanical properties welding performance, excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion .

317L stainless steel pipe, also known as UNS S31703 and Grade 317L SS pipe, it is a low carbon high grade stainless steel pipe, with a good corrosion resistance and machine work performance. Compare to 317L, 317 stainless steel has a higher carbon content, it means that 317 stainless steel has a better heat resistance. Kaysuns supply both 317 and 317L stainless steel pipe, and dual grade 317/317L is available based on the requirement to ASTM A312 or EN10216-5 etc.

Duplex 2205 pipe and Super duplex pipe are our strength product. Duplex steel is an austenite-ferrite dual phase stainless steel, it is developed for applications that demand high strength and corrosion resistance.  Duplex stainless steel pipe is a cost effective solution for many applications where the 300 series stainless steel pipe are susceptible to chloride stress corrosion cracking. Duplex 2205 and super duplex 2507 stainless steel pipe is an idea choice for the applications which require exceptional strength and corrosion resistance, such as chemical process, petrochemical, and seawater equipment. We supply duplex 2205 (S31803) and super duplex 2507 (S32750) pipe and tube according to ASTM A790, ASTM A789, EN 10216-5 etc.

Cold Rolling is a preferred production process for high precision seamless tube. Most of our heat exchanger tubing and mechanical tube are made by cold rolling. This technique provides a high forming rate, narrow tolerances and good turnouts. Now the biggest diameter we can get is 168.3mm for this process.

Welded stainless steel pipe provides us a large diameter but low cost solution. Our welding process mainly is Plasma-Arc Welding(PAW), its biggest diameter could reach 3000mm. If other process is required, please state it in the requirement of stainless steel tubings.

CIP self-priming pump adopts acid-resisting stainless steel (AISI 316) in valve body, which has unique acid and alkali resistance, and comply with sanitary requirements for foods. As a positive displacement sanitary pumps, its features are superior to centrifugal pump since it suction liquid mixed with air or foams and even merely air. It is widely used to suction material with liquid level below the pump, For instance in the milking room,  it suctions milk from the milk barrel. It can also be used in automatic CIP cleaning system as  return flow pump in cleaning tank. The mechanical sealing is the build-in  influx type, and the temperature of suctioned  materiaI is no higher than 100℃.

A ball valve available for manual operation or ISO5211 direct mounting platform apply to pneumatic and electric control, make the actuator easy installed, and products more beautiful called vacuum ball valve. It has a high flow conductance and the connection characteristics of various forms, the same with vacuum butterfly valve, used in high vacuum or general pressure conditions.
