“The Twins” allow the crew the ability to clean large box culverts, arch pipe, or large diameter round pipes in a more efficient manner. We achieve this by utilizing two-floor cleaners with KEG’s high-performance Fluid Mechanics, working in tandem with a Y - Connector and other accessories as needed that provide the high powered flow. “The Twins” can utilize any KEG Floor Cleaner pair depending on flow and pressure available. Units run parallel in a large diameter pipe. By using spacer bars and dual water feed lines, our twin units provide a uniform cleaning pattern over a wide diameter making this the perfect tool for larger projects.

This Egg Nozzle is an upgrade from the Standard Nozzle. Instead of drilled jets, it comes with replaceable inserts available in either steel or titanium ceramic.

Standard Nozzles are KEG’s Tier One Nozzles that come with factory drilled orifices. For small, residential applications, these nozzles are typically used. Standard Nozzles have a one year warranty. Standard Nozzles fit .25” to 1.25” hoses and will work effectively in 2” to 12” lines.

Ball Nozzles are KEG’s Tier One Nozzles that come with factory drilled orifices. For small, residential applications, these nozzles are typically used. Ball Nozzles have a one year warranty. KEG’s Ball Nozzles are suitable for pipes from 1” to 8”. It is noted that in larger pipe the water impact will be reduced. The Ball Nozzle fits a .25”, .375” and .5” hose.

KEG’s Sewer Flush Nozzle is a heavy duty cleaning nozzle that provides superior results while being more cost competitive. The power of the Sewer Flush’s 15 and 25 degree jet angles gives the operator high wall force with a wide water pattern necessary to clean large diameter pipes. The Sewer Flush Nozzle is available with replaceable steel or titanium ceramic inserts and is an excellent midrange complement to the other products in KEG’s Cleaning Nozzle Family.

The Royal Nozzle, because of its wider angles, is more diverse, because it allows more penetrating power to clean pipes better than other nozzles. With 12 alternating jets at 22° and 32°, the Royal Nozzle is designed for all-around cleaning of pipes up to 48” in diameter. The sheer weight of the Royal Nozzle keeps it on the bottom of the pipe for effective cleaning when other nozzles are flailing about wasting water. The 12 insert set-up can be configured in steel or titanium ceramic. The Royal is a Tier Three Nozzle, features KEG’s Highest Performing Fluid Mechanics, and is over 95% efficient!

With its aerodynamic shape and hefty mass, the Torpedo Nozzle does indeed resemble something fired by the US Navy. This, in conjunction with its superior fluid mechanics, allows the Torpedo to stay in the bottom of a pipe, providing steady, high efficiency pipe cleaning. This nozzle is suitable for pipes from 6” to 16”, however, it can be used for pipe as large 32”. It is noted that the larger the pipe, the water impact will be comprised. The Torpedo Nozzle will provide unequaled cleaning power for the operator and will save fuel, water, and man-hours. Available for hoses from .75” through 1.5”, KEG’s Sewer Nozzle is truly a “Heavy Weight” in the sewer and storm water cleaning industry. The Sewer Nozzle ranges in weight from 17 to 22 pounds and is sure to stay centered in the bottom of the pipe for effective cleaning action. The 15° and 20° jet angles give the operator high wall force with a wide water pattern necessary to clean large diameter pipes of buildup and debris. The 10 or 12 insert set-up can be configured in steel or titanium ceramic. The Sewer Nozzle is a Tier Three Nozzle, and is over 80% efficient!
