On-Site Assembly Services
With our own assembly team we carry out demanding on-site assembly tasks, service and maintenance work. Another service for our customers is our function as supervisors, welders, fitters etc. at construction sites worldwide.
Factory Production Services
In our spacious production halls with a total production area of 4500m2, we can produce entire systems, pipelines, containers and hydraulic steel components of various sizes and easily handle them using indoor crane systems with a hook height of up to 8m/50t. Our workshops are all equipped with the equipment required to carry out the individual manufacturing steps professionally, economically and at a high level of quality.
Spare Parts and Services
Due to our many years of experience and the close and well-established cooperation with our partners and suppliers, we procure and deliver spare parts for your systems within the shortest possible time. As a service provider, we also offer our customers an all-round service in the areas of maintenance, revisions and operation, engineering as well as the mechanized welding of prototypes and series.
Pressure Pipeline Construction Services
We manufacture all the necessary components for pressure pipes in our own production halls and, after factory acceptance, deliver them to construction sites around the world, from where they are assembled by our customers or our assembly staff.
Hydraulic Steel Construction and Armouring Services
We build sluices and stoplog systems, weirs, wicket gates, screen systems, grit chambers, fish passes and armouring. We run our own machine shops for planning and production, and offer on-site assembly in close cooperation with your system suppliers.
On-site Assembly Services
We have appropriate solutions for each type of application, including skilled assembly teams! The components of teamwork, specialised expertise and long-standing experience, as well as good cooperation with our clients, site managers, welders and installers enable successful field work even under the most demanding technical conditions and in difficult climates.
