Guardian’s 5-way mini-switch packs multiple switching capabilities into a low profile, mini-envelope size. The series offers 4-way toggling, combined with a 5th pushbutton – center axis capability. It features positive tactile feedback and is readily integrated into panel-mounted or multi-function display configurations. The intuitive operation of this switch is ideal for applications requiring 5 modes of directional motion control. This switch is also available without the push mode and in multiple power ratings as required. Military and commercial grades are available.

Guardian’s linear transducer switch offers high performance in a versatile compact design for use in a variety of applications.  This flexible transducer offers infinite resolution to control x-y axis tracking. The compact design of this switch makes it ideal for use in multi-function displays. It can also be grip or panel-mounted for maximum versatility.

We mold our own coil bobbins and wind our coils in-house.  We have state-of-the-art machining capabilities for manufacturing all custom components. Highly skilled technicians bring years of experience with termination processes, including crimping, soldering, resistance welding, flame soldering, and insulation displacement. Thermal shock cycling for lot-to-lot qualification of the coil termination is available.

Latching Solenoids from Kelco Industries are designed for applications that require the holding force to be maintained without having power applied. The plunger will remain latched, in-place, and seated to the plug inside the solenoid with the specified “holding force.” To release the plunger, the polarity of the applied voltage must be reversed. These solenoids are more energy efficient as they do not require electrical power to hold the plunger in. Available in DC only.

Frame Solenoids from Kelco Industries are available in AC and DC versions. We also offer a heavy duty version which provides increased pulling power over standard units. Plungers can be easily customized to interface with your application. These solenoids offer an economical design and are available in a wide range of forces and stroke.

Flex-Weld 30MC Series General Purpose / Low Pressure Expansion Joints, are available in sizes 4” through 42”.  Multi-Ply Stainless Steel Bellows construction, movement rated at 30,000 cycles plus. Manufactured to order for your specific application requirements. Available options include Flanged, Weld, or Groove Ends. Internal Flow Liner, Control Rods. Single, Dual, or Triple Bellows designs available for increased movements. Manufactured with 304SS, 321SS, or 316SS materials. Well-suited for a variety of applications including Wastewater Treatment, Construction, Generators, Exhaust, Aeration, Energy, and Marine.  30MC series available as fully welded expansion joints or as a bellows only, ready for your fabrication.
