The VARIO eco series is designed for the high-efficiency filtration of fine dust particulates from many different applications, without consuming high-amounts of energy. The VARIO eco series allows for air re-circulation, which reduces plant heating / cooling costs. When the appropriate filters are installed, the VARIO series is suitable for a wide-range of applications. Most types of dust can be efficiently filtered, such as those created during metal, polymer, chemical, pharmaceutical, ceramics, or non-metallic mineral processing.

The L-CUT series is specially designed to collect and separate dust, such as fine metallic oxide particles, and fumes created by thermal processes such as joining, cutting or surface treatment by laser, plasma, or gases. The L-CUT features:

TR-1 for MQL and dust collection is part of the newly designed, energy-efficient, and flow-optimized separation solution to keep air clean during metal treatment. It was designed as a stand-alone-system to be installed adjacent to a machine (emission source).

In some processes, direct extraction at the emission source or specific point collection may not be feasible because of flexible layouts, product/process configuration, or crane access. Keller AmbiTower provides a single-unit solution for ambient air extraction without any ductwork, and with the ability to return the cleaned, filtered air at low velocity back into the workplace with layered ventilation.

When using coolants (MQL) are created fine aerosols which are separated with maximum effect by our AERO® oil mist separator. The new AERO® separator was designed and engineered to meet the strictest filtration requirements and enables reliable separation of emulstion coolant and oil mist.  The AERO series have features that include:

The venturi wet scrubber models are used for the separation of substances that cannot normally be separated or are difficult to separate in dry operating systems. Our high-performance separators inject water into the airflow as the basic concept of the venturi principle. These multipurpose units can be utilized in almost all sectors of industry.

The eLine electrostatic separator efficiently separates adhesive aerosols such as those created during diecasting processes. Various applications can result in a diverse composition of exhaust air.  For example, adhesive emissions are created during die casting processes or screw machine thread rolling, especially when adding lubricants or separating agents.  Keller has developed the eLine which is geared toward this type of process.
