Belt conveyors help you to move material in your plant. At Kellve, we have been constructing belt conveyors since 1957 and today have over 19,000 reliable units on site in a large variety of plants and sectors.

A belt feeder controls the flow of bulk material. The machine is normally placed in a tunnel beneath an intermediate storage facility, below a feed hopper or silo container. The feeder extracts the material from there.

A chain conveyor is a construction that uses chains and slats to scrape the material forward. Chain conveyors are also called scrape conveyors. Our chain conveyors are usually units in a larger installation. They can be adapted to your needs and are supplied in a large range of designs.

A conveyor bridge is a lattice structure that supports one or a number of belt conveyors. The belt conveyors are placed inside the conveyor bridge, enabling a longer span between the supports. For us, a normal belt conveyor needs support approximately every 12-18 metres, while the conveyor bridge needs support approximately every 40 metres. The conveyor bridge is adapted according to the space required and is dimensioned with the requisite interior height and with the space needed beside the conveyor.

An elevator can be used for vertical transport of most materials. Our elevators are enclosed and transport material with buckets, also called a \bucket elevator.

In many plants and processes there is a need for intermediate storage of material. Intermediate storage enables the flow to be regulated in the process or buffer stocks to be produced.

A process conveyor is a belt conveyor intended for lighter process industries, for example, light- and medium-weight industrial processes such as waste handling, foodstuffs, chemicals, and agro.

Screw conveyors are usually used for transport of dry and wet materials, e.g. wood chips, smaller fractions of limestone, granulate, biomass and powder-like material. Our screw conveyors are usually included as units in a larger plant and we always adapt them according to your needs.

Our reliable and dependable stacker gives you fast, even and effective depositing of material. The stacker is designed according to your wishes, e.g. telescopic, rotatable and vertically adjustable. Rotatability can be achieved through rails and rail wheels, larger wheels or track units. A stacker can also be designed for linear movement.
