Process Analytics - On-Line Analyzers
Kemek - Model 7000RMS - Bioburden Analyzer
Testing for microbial excursions in pharmaceutical waters has meant lengthy delays due to plate counting or sample preparation requiring stains and reagents. Not anymore. The on-line 7000RMS (Real-time Microbial System) delivers continuous measurement of microbes and inert particles in real time.
Kemek - Sodium and Silica Analyzers
The METTLER TOLEDO Thornton 2300Na Sodium Analyzer provides assurance of water purity to maximize water production and minimize corrosion. Early detection of trace contamination is enabled with minimal operator supervision. Ultrapure water monitoring at sub-ppb sodium levels can assure the highest quality water is delivered. Sodium breakthrough of a polisher cation resin is immediately detected at sub-ppb levels and contaminated water can be diverted before it reaches critical areas.
Kemek - Total Organic Carbon Analyzer
The Thornton 5000TOCi sensor with M800 multi-parameter transmitter provides a user-friendly and economical analytical package. The 5000TOCi may be coupled with Thornton’s M800 Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM®) transmitter, available in two- or four-channel versions, capable of operating any combination of up to two or four sensors for conductivity, pH, ORP, dissolved ozone or dissolved oxygen, plus two pulsed flow sensors.
Kemek - Model Fe, N - NO3 and other Analyzers
The compact process analyzers and the new in-line sensors combine to create an integrated measuring and control system with graphical display and easy operation. The instruments are delivered in a waterproof housing with space for reagents and accessories.
HSN-Kikai - On-Line NIR Moisture Analyzer
Moisture control is an important aspect of the manufacturing processes. Identifying a target moisture range and taking steps to achieve that target range will optimize the process control of virtually any manufactured product. Having a real-time moisture measurement of a product as it is being manufactured will allow the producer to adjust their process to achieve the target range and effectively control their manufacturing process with minimal down-time and maximum efficiency.
