The basic mobile welding smoke extraction unit is designed for occasional use with low amounts of dust. The rotating and swiveling exhaust hood enables use in a 360-degree radius and ensures only few adjustments during welding. The basic device is suitable for welding high alloy steel due to its W3 approval.

A functional extraction filter unit with timed, automatic filter cleaning system for high levels of smoke and dust and permanent use. The KemTex® ePTFE membrane filter cartridge for ultra-fine dust particles separates particles even below 0.1 µm. Due to the W3/IFA Certification it is also suitable for use in processing chromium-nickel steel.

KEMPER FilterCell XL extraction filter unit with time-controlled, automatic filter cleaning is suitable for extraction via a pipe on exhaust hoods, tables and robot cells. The device is designed for high levels of smoke and dust during non-stop operation. The KemTex ePTFE membrane filter cartridge for ultra-fine dust particles separates particles even below 0.1 µm.

The ventilation system CleanAirTower is used wherever local extraction does not work or is insufficient. It effectively protects employees and machines from fine dust. The purified air is recirculated. The device hardly creates any air turbulence, ensuring that no dust is distributed into clean areas. The CleanAirTower functions according to the displacement ventilation principle recommended by health and safety bodies.

KemJET is a central ventilation system for workshops where local exhaust ventilation systems are not feasible or it is used to supplement such systems. It effectively protects employees and machines from fine dust. The heated, purified air remains in the room, so that in the winter heat from the heating system is retained. This, way large energy cost savings can be achieved.

Push-Pull ventilation system is an outlet and inlet system where the pipes are mounted opposite each other and which is connected to a suction and filter system. The system is suitable for workshops with low to medium levels of smoke and dust where a spot extractor system is not feasible or it is used to supplement spot extractor systems. It is cost effective as the integrated filter system can also be used for additional applications and still only one plant is needed.

Exhaust arms on the extraction channel combined long reach with very simple and smooth positioning. Several exhaust arms can be connected to one duct. The exhaust arms are designed for continuous use and are suitable for high levels of smoke and dust such as welding fumes, gases, vapours, light dusts or motor vehicle exhaust fumes.

The welding fume exhaust kit consisting of boom, exhaust arm and fan is a particularly simple and cost-effective solution anywhere where air filtration is not essential. Due to the length, flexible, fast work is very easy, even with large workpieces. It is suitable for high levels of smoke and dust such as welding fumes, gases, vapours, light dusts or vehicle exhaust fumes in non-stop operation.
