MRFs - Disc Screens

KME - Disc Screens

The most advanced container/paper separation in the industry! The patented V-Screen separator utilises dual separating decks in a ground breaking trough configuration and patented disc screen technology to automatically separate all types of paper from rigid containers, as well as small glass, dirt and debris with maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness.

CP Accelerator Screen

The Accerator screen is design to feed NIR optical sorting equipment to help remove small items and make a mixed paper grade before the NIR cleans up the N&P fibre.

Balers and Baling Presses

Foam Baler – Baling Machine for Foam

Foam Baling machine for the compaction of foam into high density bales suitable for export / transportation. We have been manufacturing these foam baling machines for over 25 years and have gained a great deal of experience over this time. Two basic models are available with 40 and 50 tonnes ram pressure, the unit can then be designed with either a top feed door or a feed hopper suitable for hand / conveyor feeding.

KME - Horizontal Baler Semi Automatic

The T40 Semi Automatic Horizontal Baler is one of our smaller models of balers for dealing with many different types of materials within the waste, recycling and packaging industries. It’s use is very versatile, producing high density bales of a wide range of products such as :- Plastic film, Plastic bottles, Cardboard / OCC, aluminium cans, steel cans etc. The perfect addition to a busy warehouse, distribution centre, factory or any premises that wants a more effective method of baling their waste and maximise floor space.

KME - Horizontal Baler

Semi automatic horizontal baler with 50 tonnes of pressure for the processing of many types of materials within the waste, recycling and packaging industries. This mid-range balers use is very versatile, it can produce high density mill size bales of varying products such as Plastic film , Plastic bottles , Cardboard / OCC , aluminium cans , steel cans, foam etc. It is perfect for baling waste produced in distributions centres, warehouse facilities, Factories etc

KME - Horizontal Bale

T15 Horizontal bale press is ideally suited for low production of cardboard, textile trimmings, polythene sheet, Foam scrap etc. With 15 tons maximum pressure it produces a bale suitable for decreasing transport / disposal cost. Bale size:- Approx. 800 x 800 x 1100mm long which would weight up to 300 kg dependant on material baled.

KME - Can Baler

The UBC Auto Bale Press is designed for continuous, automatic baling of steel and aluminium cans. The material is fed to the machine through a top feed hopper by means of a conveyor, gravity or to suit customers requirements. The Press has an integrated control system for both electrical and hydraulic systems which incorporates a number of features to ensure operator safety. The main press ram compacts the material into the bale chamber where the cans bind together to give a high density bale which can be easily handled and stacked to decrease storage volume and increase weight by volume for transport. It can be incorporated into any material reclamation facility (MRF) or combined into a manual/magnetic sorting and weighing system

Haylage & Bedding

Bale Breaker System

The bale breaker is designed to break up large bales of haylage, straw and hay. Large bales of Haylage, Hay & Straw type materials are placed onto the walking floor where the material is fed into the chain driven bale breaking system. the material is opened up and fed at an even rate into further processing. This may include for example a shredder for producing straw bedding, a weigh conveyor for Haylage, Hay etc. for packaging into small bales. Further down the process may include de-dusting system, bagging press etc.

Textile Machinery

KME - Auto Feed Wiper Bagging Press

Our wiper bagging presses are the ideal product for baling up your wiping rags, it can be used as a stand alone unit for low end production or integrated into one of our larger systems for greater volumes and throughput.
