Kersten Kunststofcoating is a family business. We have been applying coatings to metals since 1967. We started in Eerbeek (NL), but moved to Brummen (NL) a couple of years later. We built a second new location in Kahla (Thüringen, eastern Germany) in 1995 so that we could provide better service for our customers over the border.

Environmentally aware production processes

We are aware of our social responsibilities. That’s why we will help you make your business operations more sustainable where possible. When we expanded our Dutch production site, we built a cleaning system to provide an environmentally friendly way of removing old coatings, for example. In addition, Rilsan®, one of our most widely used plastic powder coatings, is made from plant-based castor oil. On top of that, we do not use solvents in our production processes and we reuse the plastic caps of pipe elements.
