KTTL - Non Woven Geotextile Fabric

We take pride in manufacturing fabrics that build the infrastructure of nations and make them stronger and long-lasting. The following functional properties of KTTL Geotextiles make them well-suited for a wide range of applications

KTTL - Woven Geotextiles

KTTL Woven Geotextiles are the strongest fabrics available for erosion control, stabilization, and aggregate separation. They are characterized by high tensile strengths at low elongation, hence yielding high tensile modulus. These woven geotextiles are dimensionally stable, resistant to Ultra Violet (UV) degradation and are engineered to be mechanically and chemically stable in aggressive soil environments and are also resistant to biological environments normally found in soil.

KTTL - Model PP - Pavement Fabric

KTTL PP Pavement Fabric is a nonwoven needle-punched made from high quality polypropylene staple fibres. This pavement fabric is a strong, flexible and dimensionally stable fabric structure, with optimum bitumen retention capacity. KTTL Pavement interlayer designed to create a moisture-resistant barrier, retard reflective cracking and stand up to high-temperature hot-mix designs. The high quality KTTL PP Pavement Fabric, when installed on a bituminous tack coat, performs as a Stress-Absorbing Membranes Interlayer (SAMI) and inhibits the upward propagation of cracks from the underlying pavement into the overlay, which is referred tobe a reflective crack control.

KTTL - Geo Composite Drains

KTTL Geo-composite drains are manufactured by bonding together PP geotextiles, & high density polyethylene HDPE membranes Geonet by heat laminating, whose geometry create channels with a high flow capacity, also under pressure and at very low gradients and also create easier-to-install replacements for conventional granular layers. The PP geotextile provides the filter function so this allows liquids and gases to pass into the net core but prevents soil particles from washing into and clogging the core. The net collects the liquids and gases which can then be conveyed to collection points. The HDPE Membranes are used to provide the barrier function and prevent the passage of liquids and the majority of gases.

es Sand container (GSC) - Geotextiles Sand container (GSC)

Affordable price with global standard specification and fastest delivery. Less cost as compared to conventional erosion protection work using C.C. Block, gravel, hard rock etc. Light weight, Low maintenance & transport cost, easy installation, less storage space required at construction works. The filling material like sand can be used as locally available, which reduce thetransportation cost.
