Heavy Duty industrial vacuum cleaners are very robust, compact cleaners with large suction capacity through a powerful by-pass, single or three phase motor. The heavy duty cleaners have integrated easy emptying preseparators, large fixed filter bags with a capacity of 30 to 105 litres. The machines are approved by TÜV, dust class M, according to EN 60335-2-69. The machines are robustly manufactured with a steel housing and a forced motor cooling guaranteeing a long working life.

The KD and KG industrial vacuum cleaners are composed of a modular programme consisting of various suction units, filters, dustcontainers and frames. The semi-mobile industrial vacuum cleaners are very suitable for the extraction of large quantities of coarse dusts and bulk materials. Also designed as dedusting installation for simultaneous suction at several points and/or ducting conveyance over large distances by means of high efficient powerful turbo compressors.

The KE1000 (single phase) and KE2000 (three phase) are of modular construction which allows adaptation to suit customers’ special needs. Both of these units, from Kiekens’ whisper quiet range,were developed to meet the demand for improved working place conditions. The KE2000 can be used in dangerous environments such as explosive dusts and flammable materials.

The modular KS/KV high vacuum systems are stationary filter systems and are, depending on the application, fitted with a folded cloth filter or cartridge filters. The KS/KV consists of the followin modules: a suction unit (2.2 – 15 kW), a filter unit, a dust container and a stationary frame. The possibility is also offered to convey the dust continuously whereby the KS is fitted with a funnel in combination with a valve or rotary pump (KV). The filter units with 2.8 and 3.8 m2 cloth filter are being mechanically cleaned by means of a shaking mechanism. The 8.8 m2 filter cartridges are cleaned sequentially by means of a compressed air (Jet-Pulse).

The Airmaster is an air cleaner with active carbon filter for variable fields of application. The size of the active carbon filter guarantees a high adsorption in combination with a long life. The robust design and the construction, which is very good to maintain, ensures a long and trouble-free use, even under heavy circumstances. The replacement of the filter is very simple and can take place within a few minutes.

Kiekens Dustmaster DM1200 series The Kiekens Dustmaster DM1200 series has been designed to remove (fine) dust quickly and effectively by suction. Thanks to the Kiekens K-series modular concept, the Kiekens Dustmaster DM1200 series has a wide range of applications. For example, as a stationary filter unit connected to a central dust extraction system or as a mobile filter unit for extracting dust at the source. The optional Kiekens suction arm can be used for this.

Envelope filter Dustmasters are especially effective for filtration of greasy and very fine dusts. Because of the wide envelope distance, the filter is very good cleanable and higher filter loads are possible. So wood dust, stone dust and blasting grit are no problem at all.

A range of centrifugal fans suitable for low and medium pressure applications and specially developed for maintaining negative and/or positive pressure. These fans are suitable for dust filtration systems, combustion air supply, ventilation, vapour exhaust, etc. They are highly efficient and have an overloading protection for the electric motor. These fans are comparable with the clean air fans, but are fitted with radial blade impellers to prevent fouling, making them suitable for transporting fine materials and powders.

Characteristic for these fans is that their impellers have radial blades and no front cover which makes them suitable for conveying threads, swarfs, chips, fibers, clippings, shreds, sticky products, etc.
