Kimplas Electrofusion Equal Tees are manufactured in PE 80 (Yellow) & PE 100 (Black) material and are of SDR 11 rating. Kimplas Electrofusion fittings are suitable for permanently connecting to PE 80 and PE 100 pipes, both in straight as well as in coil form.

Kimplas Compression fittings, PN 16 and are designed to use with all types of Polyethylene Pipes i.e. HDPE, MDPE (grades PE100, PE80, PE63, etc.). Unique design of the fitting facilitates insertion of the pipe into fitting without disassembling the fitting. Kimplas Crimp Type PE-Brass Transition Fittings (Conventional TF) consists brass metal body threaded at one end and PE sleeve integrally merged with the body at the other end. The Transition Fittings are manufactured in PE100 grade pipe sleeves that are suitable to weld SDR 9 through SDR 21 or PN 6 through PN 16 pipes with an intermediate EF socketed fitting. Kimplas TF Electrofusion fittings are suitable for permanently connecting service connection PE80 and PE 100 pipes, both in straight as well as coil form.

Kimplas manufactures Electrofusion fittings and Spigot End Caps of size d 20 to 125 mm. Spigot & EF End Caps of diameters larger than 125 mm are sourced from well known and reputed European sources and are guaranteed by Kimplas. Outsourced Spigot End Caps supplied by Kimplas are manufactured in PE100 (Black) grade and are Standard SDR 11 / SDR 17.6 rated. Spigot End Caps fittings are suitable for permanently closing PE80 and PE100 pipe ends, both in straight as well as coil form. The spigot ends can be used with Electrofusion fittings or can be butt fused with pipes.

Kimplas manufactures Electro-fusion fittings of size d 20 to 125 mm, Compression fittings from 20 mm to 63 mm and PVC Ball valves from 20 mm to 32 mm required in Drinking Water Distribution Piping Network. PE pipes for drinking water distribution are sourced from well known and reputed sources. PE pipes for drinking water supplied by Kimplas are manufactured in MDPE Blue PE 80 grade, in PN rating 6, 8, 10, 12.5 and 16 as per customer needs. The pipes are compatible with fittings manufactured and supplied by Kimplas. The pipes upto and including diameter 110mm are generally supplied in coils. Pipes of all diameters can be supplied in Standard 6 m or 12 m straight lengths.
