Asbestos Inspection
Visual inspection (includes consultation) for suspect asbestos containing materials. Samples are collected and sent to a laboratory for analysis.
Required by the state of Montana if you are renovating or demolishing a commercial or public building (this includes bridges and piping), or a residential building with five or more separate living units or if you plan on burning a structure.
Recommended if you intend to purchase a commercial property.
