Kirton Water Treatment Services Ltd. products
KWTS - Vehicle Wash Systems
Vehicle wash systems are at the core of our business. When Kirton was first founded in 1969, we specialised in assisting our clients with efficient and effective large-scale car wash. This particular area of expertise has remained important to us and we continue to design, build and install car wash systems for manufacturers, as well as for bus and train wash stations.
KWTS - Marine Reclaim
The move towards reducing maritime pollution leads many marinas toward a “greener” approach to the operation of their boat wash down facility. We at Kirton have been developing a solution. Our Series Sea-Clean is a packaged recycle system providing the answer to pollution from boat wash down. The system eliminates oil and grease along with anti foul pollution from the wash down area and the resulting drainage into the marine.
KWTS - Jetwash Reclaim
Kirton Water Treatment Services Ltd has been manufacturing vehicle wash water recycling systems for over 50 years, and thousands of systems are installed worldwide. The SupaJet system is designed to recycle the water from commercial washes of either roll-over or drive through type. In addition to providing excellent water quality results within its standard operation, the SupaJet range can also be specified with a RO spot free rinse to eliminate the white spotting and streaking that can appear especially on windows. The HC system is generally installed on bus and coach washing systems.
KWTS - Interceptor GRP
The Kirton ST system has been specifically designed for vehicle wash effluents and is extensively used throughout the transport industry. Standard capacities range from 2500L to 100,000L. The interceptor tanks are made of durable corrosion proof glass reinforced fibre, which combines light weight with outstanding strength. If required for an above ground installation a suitable unit can also be supplied.
KWTS - Commercial Wash System
Kirton Water Treatment Services has been manufacturing vehicle wash water recycling systems for over a quarter of a century, and thousands of systems are installed worldwide. The HC system is designed to recycle the water from commercial washes of either roll-over or drive through type. In addition to providing excellent water quality results within its standard operation, the HC range can also be specified with a RO spot free rinse to eliminate the white spotting and streaking that can appear especially on windows. The HC system is generally installed on bus and coach washing systems.
KWTS - Rainwater Harvesting System
Industry and agriculture are utilising the roofs of their buildings to capture rainwater. The water is diverted from the gutters via a filtration unit for storage in large tanks. Given the UK gets an average of 33 inches of rain a year, the potential to accumulate thousands of gallons is well within reach. Experts estimate that for every inch of rain that falls on a catchment area of 1,000 square feet, you can expect to collect approximately 600 gallons of rainwater. Ten inches of rain falling on a 1,000 square foot catchment area will generate about 6,000 gallons of rainwater.
KWTS - Closed Loop
Kirton Water Treatment Services have been manufacturing vehicle wash water recycling systems for over a quarter of a century, with thousands of systems successfully installed worldwide. The Closed Loop KWTS HC system is designed to recycle the water from all commercial washes of either the roll-over, jet wash or drive through variant.
