Introducing the brand new Kiverco Modular- the new Modular Recycling Plant range from Kiverco. This new range of products, operated as single units or when combined together, provide an alternative to traditional ways of processing waste. Designed for the small to medium waste processing operator, certain modular components can be selected and set up within hours - giving all the benefits of a high performance static plant.

The Modular FT620 carries out the initial screening of different sized material. This machine can be combined to form a complete recycling system along with the Modular Picking Station and Modular DS150 Density Separator. The modular design enables ease of set up and rapid relocation if required. This innovative new design is truly adaptive, with 2 or 3 way split, and is ideal for use across a wide range of applications.

Air density separation/ wind shifting /wind sifting is a method of separating waste based on the density of material using the principles of controlled air. The input material is separated into two fractions varying from light to heavy. Kiverco density separators feature a combination of twin recirculation fans, a separation area with rotating drum and an expansion chamber. The DS 150 is a closed-loop system which greatly reduces the volume of dust created.

Ballistic separators are designed for sorting and separating 2D material e.g. paper, plastic, film, card from 3D material e.g. plastic bottles, containers, wood. Material is broken down into a rolling, flat and sieved fraction. Fine particles are screened through the paddles. The lighter 2D material travels upwards in the direction of the paddles whilst the heavier 3D material bounces or rolls back thus creating a line of 2D and 3D fractions for further processing.

Optical sorting is a high tech sensor-based method of sorting waste. This automated method of sorting delivers clean material fractions at significantly higher recovery and purity rates when compared to traditional manual methods of sorting, resulting in increased value for your material fractions. Metal separation is a critical process within a recycling plant. Firstly, it involves the separation of a high value commodity product. Secondly, its removal is important for the effective operation of downstream activities such as secondary shredding, optical sorting and Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) production.

Waste Screens are an integral component of any waste recycling system and are typically used to screen bulky waste up to 300mm. At Kiverco we integrate ‘best in class’ waste screens into our Materials Recovery Facilities (MRF’s) / recycling plants using world-class providers such as Spaleck. Made in Germany since 1869, the Spaleck waste screen is a highly efficient and reliable vibrating screen offering perfect screening performance even in the most difficult waste applications. Spaleck screens integrate seamlessly into any MRF and come with a range of options depending on the application and needs of each customer.

The 3D Combi screen is designed for the highly effective screening of difficult e.g. sticky or wet materials, with a wide variety of separation cuts from 0.2mm to 120mm possible. The 3D upper deck screen segments are arranged to form a cascade, preventing long pieces from passing into the mid-size material. As a result, the material feed can be optimally loosened up and turned over.
