This compact baler fits neatly into any confined working area, making it the ideal machine for small commercial and retail outlets. Bales of card, paper and plastics weighing between 25 to 40 kg (depending on material) are produced for easy handling. The KK Minimiser can be purchased or hired on variable terms. This model can also be adapted to compact metal containers up to 25 litres in size. This vertical baler exerting 18 tons of compaction is ideal for both cardboard and plastic. The heavy duty construction and numerous unique safety features make it a robust, reliable machine. The KK 30 LH is the perfect solution for businesses that are restricted by height within their factory where due to the volume of waste a smaller model would not cope. This low height baler exerts 20 tons of force, compacting card and plastic to a fraction of its size and produces bales of up to 300 kgs. The KK 30 LH is a fully automated baler, indicating when the bale is ready and can be ejected onto a pallet for ease of removal. It also has a pull down door which helps to maximise the load put into the baler prior to compaction.

The KK 500 is our best selling machine and out performs any other vertical baling press of its kind. The powerful 42 ton press reduces all types of waste to a fraction of their original size in seconds. Card, plastics and other materials are compressed into dense mill size bales, of up to 600kg in weight. The wide feed aperture (1600 x 685 mm) simplifies and speeds up handling of bulky material, avoiding the need to break it down first, saving time and money. Storage, transportation and waste disposal costs are dramatically reduced.

The 1100 Bin Press can be adapted for use with 1100 and a variety of other metal and plastic wheeled carts. The 4 ton compaction force reduces all types of waste by a ratio of between 6-8:1 without exerting any pressure onto the castors. The unit is simple to use and can be operated both inside and out.

This diverse compactor crushes the volume of waste thrown into your 240/360 litre wheelie bin using a standard 240V power supply it can be situated inside or outside. The 2 ton pressure exerted by its hydraulics produce enough force to give up to a 5 to 1 compaction ratio. No pressure is applied to the castors on the bin during compaction. This unique model can also be adapted to crush waste into a 205 litre card/metal container as indicated in the photos (to the left). This is frequently adapted for use in applications where hazardous waste needs to be disposed of, such as contaminated material used in a paint shop.
