Rotary Vane Pumps for vacuum (suction) up to 150 mbar. and Rotary Vane Pumps for pressure up to 1000 mbar. A  rotor is positioned eccentrically in the pump cylindrical housing. The free moving vanes are inserted into a numerous rotor slots . When the rotor turns the centrifugal force throws the vanes against the cylindrical wall and creates a chamber between the rotor and the cylinder. As the rotor continues to turn the chamber volume between the blades keep changing due to the rotor positioned eccentrically. From the inlet to outlet The chamber volume becomes bigger and then smaller. When the volume gets bigger a vacuum is produced as a result from the rotation of the vanes making air entering the chamber from the inlet. When the chamber gets smaller due to the compressed air a pressure is produced at the outlet .

High efficiency three-lobe roots blower package. KBKP series 3-lobe roots blowers are researched and developed on basis of KBKV series. The biggest feature of this blower is high rotation speed (the maximum speed can be up to 4450 RPM on the blower shaft), high capacity. With the break-through of technology and the modification of practical application, KBKP series blowers have higher efficiency, higher pressure and lower weight, than the KBKV series. The inlet sizes are from 2,5" to 12". The pressure of single blower can be 1 Kgf/cm².
