Ball Valves
Klinger Ballostar - Ball Valve
KLINGER Ballostar® KHI ball valves will keep up with stricter requirements and are assured to already meet future standards with regard to tensile, compressive and bending stress. Its unique sealing system is another feature of Ballostar® KHI. The test and drain valve welded to the ball valve housing allows the pressure to be relieved intermediately while the ball is closed. The key benefit of this feature is that Ballostar® KHI can be leak-tested at any time without having to open the pipeline. These ball valves are fit for many different applications such as underground district heating trenches, buried pipelines, co-generation power stations, pump stations, steelworks, hydroelectric power stations and tunnel boring machines.
Klinger Ballostar - Ball Valve
The KLINGER Monolith KHO ball valve was developed to meet the demand for absolute tightness as well as durability. The ball valve, which was especially designed with district heating applications in mind, is characterized by the high degree of stability of the body, its small installation space requirement, guaranteed tightness, no maintenance and its exceptional operational safety.
Klinger Monoball - Ball Valve
The KLINGER Monoball ball valve made of steel is a multifunctional, durable and fully welded shut-off valve which is uncompromisingly designed for applications in district heating, heating, air-conditioning technology and general plant construction. Available in different connections (flanges, weld- and threaded ends). The elastic joint seal, maintenance-free double sided sealing system with non-corrosive stainless steel spring, the usage of stainless steel ball, operating stem, the graphite reinforced PTFE seat rings, guarantee a long lifetime, ensure reliability and low costs of operation.
Klinger Ballostar - Ball Valve
A wide range of types due to the modular construction system characterises these 3-piece ball valves. Three kinds of connections, six types of sealing elements and three stuffing box designs ensure that KLINGER Ballostar KHA ball valves are suitable for many different operating conditions and applications.
Klinger Ballostar - Ball Valve
Due to the 2-piece body construction design the risk of an external leakage is reduced, because there is just one sealing area between body and flanged end piece. A whole ball valve range produced according to ANSI standards (KHE-CL) as well as a complete range of flange valves in short pattern design were considered during the product development. Also the Ballostar KHE ball valve offers modular selectable system components (operating stem and sealing elements). A construction kit that has already successfully proved itself at the Ballostar KHA valve. Thus the split body KHE valves is prepared for a wide range of operating conditions.
Piston Valves
Klinger - Piston Valve
Due to constant technical product improvement, KLINGER is the leading manufacturer of piston valves. Different types of connections (flange, threaded, butt and socket weld ends) and piston valves produced according to DIN and ANSI standards complete the wide product range of KLINGER`s industrial valves.
Manometer Cocks
Klinger - Manometer Cocks
AB-Cocks are simple constructed, robust shut-off cocks which are specially designed for the measurment engineering. Due to their reliability and economic efficiency they are applied by the million.
Gauge Glasses
Klinger Borosilicate - Gauge Glasses
The Quality of a sight (gauge) glass depends mainly on the chemical composition and mechanical strength of the glass material. Analyses and acid/alkali tests constantly ensure a high glass-quality. The mechanical strength is reached by thermal prestressing. KLINGER gauge glasses are suitable for installation in liquid level gauges of almost any type.
