DAF - DISSOLVED AIR FLOTATION

We design, engineer, manufacture, and install DAF systems (Dissolved Air Flotation), optimized for maximum efficiency in solid/liquid separation, with low energy consumption and simplified operation. The DAF technology operates in countercurrent mode, discharging sludge at the inlet side. Minimizes solids carryover and ensures a high concentration of air in the sludge zone, which prevents settling. The venturi-type pressurization system makes full use of compressed air, reducing consumption by up to 50%. The recirculation pumps with open impellers allow the passage of solids up to 20 mm, preventing clogging. Our DAF units are manufactured in compliance with Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated May 17, 2006. The pressurization vessels are certified and inspected by ISQ, including weld x-ray testing and dye penetrant inspection.
