The newest vacuum evaporator of the KMU LOFT Cleanwater is characterized by its modular design. This guarantees completely application-specific and tailor-made adaptation options. It convinces with an absolutely reduced space requirement and a very good accessibility.

The DESTIMAT^® LE works according to the principle of natural circulation with targeted use of heat and circulation in a shell-and-tube heat exchanger. Due to the maximum heat recovery, the evaporator plant convinces with a very low energy consumption. Optimum accessibility, state-of-the-art control and touch panel guarantee maximum ease of operation. The evaporator plant is particularly suitable for difficult process waste water and also convinces with very low energy consumption due to heat recovery.

The PROWADEST^® system solution enables successful vacuum distillation with downflow, forced circulation and vapour recompression. The evaporator system is particularly suitable for heavily contaminated and foaming process water. The high constant flow rate prevents deposits and foam formation. The plant is optimally suited for strongly foaming process waters. It ensures a constant flow velocity and prevents deposits in the heat exchanger.

KLC-Airstar combines distillate and exhaust air cooling with efficient exhaust air cleaning and odour minimisation.

The KLC-BELFI is a compact module for the continuous separation of solids from process water. After solid separation the water is then fed into the KLC evaporator.

The KLC-DI water circulation system (DIP) produces ultrahigh quality demineralised water. The system has been specifically designed to produce desalinated water and to recirculate rinse waters.

Flow neutralization (DNA) adjusts the process water pH. The system is an important module for the protection of subsequent process steps.

KLC-TAWACO is a desalination system featuring a perfect combination of softening and reverse osmosis. It is used for desalinating municipal water according to German Drinking Water Ordinance regulations. In dual softening configuration TAWACO ensures a continuous softening process also during regeneration.

The KLC-ZPS two-phase separator separates oil phases from the distillate with ultra high efficiency. KLC-ZPS uses purely physical separation to separate the oil phase from the water phase, by means of special flow guidance within the KLC-ZPS.
