KNOLL - Model RIK - Return Pumping Station

The return pumping station RIK is a compact chip conveyor station that may be integrated into a machine bed. It is used for the unmanned transport of medium amounts of chips and cooling lubricant from the processing machine to a separator/filter. This construction unites the characteristics of conventional solutions from chip conveyors and separate pumping stations into a combined unit. Chips that result from the processing of materials such as cast or aluminium are particularly suitable. Steel chips are suitable only if they are of uniform length and in small quantities.

KNOLL - Conveyor and Filtering System (Pump Technology)

A conveyor and filter system with pump technology is suitable for fully-automatic chip transport from several processing machines to a central filter system. Cooling lubricant serves as the carrier medium. This system is especially advantageous in production areas with a large machine park. It is constructed to save space and be flexible with regard to its overall height. The user has many possibilities for expanding and converting his machine park. Little maintenance and service is required.

KNOLL - Conveyor System (Extraction Technology)

A conveyor system with extraction technology is suitable for fully-automatic chip transport from several processing machines to a central collection point. Room air serves as the carrier medium. It can transport dry or slightly damp chips across a distance of up to 560 m. With the use of modern fans and control technology, the system requires little energy. It is also space-saving and offers great flexibility for the setup or conversion of the machine park.

KNOLL - Model KTS - Screw Spindle Pump

The KTS screw pump has been a KNOLL success story for over 30 years. It conveys cooling lubricant (oil, emulsion, diluted solution) for high-pressure applications on machine tools. A typical example is cooling, lubrication and chip transportation for tools with an internal cooling-lubricant feed for drilling and milling. The KTS offers innovative technology, longevity and wear resistance.

KNOLL - Model KTSL - Screw Spindle Pumps

The newly developed screw spindle pump KTSL is ideal for standard metal processing with a geometrically defined cutting edge. It delivers cooling lubricants at a pressure of up to 100 bar through internally cooled tools. The design is aimed at a compact design with high ease of service and installation.

KNOLL - Model KTSV - Screw Spindle Pumps

In 2003, the idea was born to use screw pumps from the KTS series in a modified form in new markets. The further development, called the KTSV screw spindle pump, solves tasks that are revolutionary in process engineering. It is used for a wide variety of products with viscosities from 0.5 to 2,000,000 mPas. KNOLL engineers adapt individual solutions for these screw spindle pumps precisely to customer requirements. The KTSV enables significant cost savings by simplifying the system and minimizing downtime and waste.
