In response to a growing need for high quality PVC static mixers at a lower price, Koflo developed the clear PVC static mixer series. Unlike most other static mixers, Koflo clear PVC static mixers allow for a visual inspection of the mixing process. Clear PVC static mixers are available in standard 6 element and 12 element configurations. Additionally, all PVC static mixers are-edge sealed to the inside of the housing for the twofold benefit of improved mixing efficiency and increased structural rigidity. All stock clear PVC static mixers come equipped with male NPT threaded ends and are in stock for immediate delivery.

Koflo produces a complete line of in-stock industrial-grade schedule 80 PVC static mixers in sizes ranging from 1/2"-2" with both 6 and 12 mixing elements. All sizes are in stock and available for immediate delivery.  Threaded PVC static mixers are solvent cemented into the PVC housing to create a high strength bond and edge-seal the mixer to the wall to prevent liquid from "slip streaming" around the mixing elements.

Koflo carries a complete line of threaded stainless steel static mixers, in stock for immediate delivery. Stainless steel static mixers in sizes 1/4"- 2" are constructed of 316 / 316L stainless steel with either 6 or 12 mixing elements. All mixers are precision-welded into a schedule 40 housing and come complete with male NPT threaded ends.

Threaded chemical mixers are available from 3/8" - 2" diameter and are constructed of schedule 80 unpigmented Kynar PVDF . Complete with solid Kynar mixing elements welded to the interior pipe wall, Koflo Kynar^® PVDF static mixers offer a versatile, in-stock option for aggressive chemical mixing or other applications where enhanced chemical resistance and/or high temperature capability is a critical factor.

Koflo maintains a line of in-stock and ready-to-ship threaded Teflon static mixers. In-stock threaded Teflon PFA mixers are available from 1/2" to 1" diameter and are constructed of schedule 80 Teflon PFA. Complete with solid Teflon mixing elements welded to the interior pipe wall, Koflo Teflon PFA static mixers are our most versatile, in-stock option for aggressive chemical mixing, higher temperature applications, or other applications where enhanced chemical resistance is a critical factor.

The Koflo Stratos Static Tube Mixer consists of a series of fixed alternating right and left hand helical mixing elements designed for mixing light viscosity to high viscosity components. Both the elements and housing are constructed of 316L SS for superior performance. Mixing elements are fixed by either 316L stainless steel TIG welds (1/4", 3/8", 1/2" tube mixers) or a silver braze (3/16" tube mixer only).  Stratos Static Tube Mixers come in a variety of sizes and lengths, depending on viscosity and whether the blended products are of similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.

Koflo produces a complete line of industrial grade schedule PVC static mixers in sizes ranging from 1/2"- 20". Size permitting, all static mixers are both hot air-welded and solvent-cemented into the housing to create a high strength bond and edge-seal the mixer to the wall to prevent liquid from "slip streaming" around the mixing elements.

Koflo produces a complete line of inline static industrial mixers made from industrial grade schedules 10 through 40 pipe, in sizes ranging from 3/8"- 60" diameter. All stainless steel inline mixers are custom designed for each application. Koflo stocks all of the raw materials for the mixer line and can produce a flanged industrial mixer in as little as 1-2 days, if needed. Standard materials of construction include carbon steel, 304L and 316L stainless steel. Other higher alloys are available upon request for inline static mixers. 

Koflo manufactures a complete line of food/beverage quality sanitary static mixers. All sanitary static mixers are constructed of 316L stainless steel. The mixing elements are available in two design configurations. The standard blade design is for low to medium viscosity applications. The helical design is uniquely suited for high viscosity blending and/or folding applications. Each of these designs is available in 6 and 12 element configurations depending on flowrate and viscosity. To meet the critical demands of most sanitary applications, the internal elements and housing are polished to a 20 Ra or better sanitary finish. Lower Ra finishes are available on sanitary elements for ultra critical/pharmaceutical applications.

For applications with more aggressive chemical mixing and/or higher temperature mixing, PTFE/PFA Static Mixers are a compelling alternative to PVC or Kynar. Koflo offers custom static mixers with a variety of options and configurations to suit nearly any application. Standard PFA mixers are offered in PFA-lined carbon steel with solid PFA mixing elements. For higher flow velocities or more physically demanding flow conditions, PTFE-lined carbon steel housings with removable Hastelloy C-276 mixing elements are also offered.
