Chain-blade conveyor is intended for removing ash from the front furnace, multicyclone and further ash discharge outside of the boiler plant — to an ash collection tank. The ash collection tank is composed of a closed metal cabinet with door, control hatch, opening for pouring ash, two threaded ash looseners and a gear motor.

The combustion gas produced in the burning process contains solid particles that may enter the atmosphere. Multicyclone — a particle receiver — is used to reduce the particulate emission to the atmosphere. Multicyclones are installed between the hot water boiler and draft fun.

Free-standing, insulated chimneys are intended for combustion gas discharge from the boiler plant to the atmosphere. The internal chimney barrel can be produced from stainless steel. In the lower part of the chimney where the looseners are located there is a cleaning hatch with the door.

Moving floor of the biomass warehouse is provided for biomass transportation from the biomass warehouse to the biomass supply conveyer. The moving floor consists of pushers with blades for fixing a hydro-cylinder at the end of the bracket pusher, as well as fixing of pushers of the hydro-cylinder and special clamps to a concreted base. The pusher is moved by a hydro-cylinder in rectilinear movement. Operation of the hydro-cylinder is ensured by a hydro-power plant the technical parameters of which are set by taking into account dimensions of each moving floor.

Spiral conveyer is meant for the supply of various flowing fuel or ash removal. Spiral conveyers are produced with various diameters and length. Simple construction and easy maintenance. Safe in operating.

Belt conveyers are provided for flowing fuel delivery. They have simple construction and can be operated in a reverse regime.

Scraper conveyers are provided for flowing fuel or ash delivery. Ability to transport bulk fuel to bigger distances and not only in rectilinear regime. Ability to remove wet ashes with water.
