KONcom - Multiplexer Signal Converter
KONcom RS is a transducer of communication interface RS232 to RS485 or RS422, while the KONcom RSFO is a converter from RS232, RS485, RS422 or FO to 6 (5*) FO interfaces. Voltage isolation between interfaces is 2.5kV. RSFO includes the ability to work in “LIGHT_ON” and “LIGHT_OFF” working mode. * If the input interface is FO then it has only 5 output FO interfaces.

KONTRAC - Auxiliary converter for electric locomotives
Coverter is fed from a dedicated winding of the main transformer, converts single-phase voltage into three-phase stabilized voltage and supplies electrical loads such as traction motor blowers, brake resistor blowers, transformer oil cooler blowers, pump, compressors, HVAC etc. The battery charger which is integral part of converter is used for charging locomotive batteries and for supplying of all DC consumers on board the vehicle.
