A compact machine-side waste collection unit for trim waste. This all-in-one Compact Unit waste collection unit is a flexible, smart and portable solution for machine-side waste collection. Collect waste directly from process machines and compress it for storage in a continuous bag. The simple and intuitive operation allows the user to adjust suction speed in a second.

Streamlines pneumatic conveying for batches of finished components. The CVL streamlines conveying in batches for finished components within plastic processing. It is designed to become an integrated part of Kongskilde Industries’ conveying systems for batch delivery at final assembly line of a wide variety of finished plastic components on a large scale, typically moulded parts such as caps, closures, and other high-precision moulded objects.

These unique features allow the blower to be positioned flexibly within the production area, both inside and outside. Kongskilde offers a number of blower sizes in the MultiAir 1000, 2000, 3000, and 4000 series in both 50 Hz and 60 Hz versions.

The TRL range with accessories is ideal for conveying granular material and similar products. They are also suitable for most suction purposes, such as suction of welding fumes, as well as many ventilation tasks. The Kongskilde TRL high-pressure blowers are available in a wide range of sizes – providing a variety of performance characteristics capable of meeting specific industrial requirements.
