The OverSight™ ATEX-CEMS emission monitoring system by Kontram Oy is designed for use in oil and chemical industries that require precise emissions monitoring in potentially explosive environments. This system is based on the TÜV QAL1 certified MCA10-HWIR CEMS by Dr. Födisch Umweltmesstechnik AG, with all components ATEX approved for Zone 1. It can be supplied pre-installed in an ATEX Zone 1 certified analyzer room. This system provides a comprehensive solution for emissions monitoring, incorporating digital intelligence and remote monitoring services through Kontram's OverSight™ technology. The system enables reliable wet and hot gas measurements with up to 12 different gas components and reduces maintenance requirements through continuous monitoring and diagnostics. All relevant measurement data, including diagnostics of other stack measurements like dust, flow, and temperature, can be viewed in a single interface, providing a holistic view of emissions performance. Kontram also offers various service levels (BASE, PREMIUM, and TOTAL) for equipment maintenance, ensuring easy and efficient support.
