Polymer Preparation Systems
Powder in 3 Chambers
CS models are complete systems to dilute powder polyelectrolyte’s with water in continues mode to reach concentration solution between 0,05 % and 0,5 %. Built as skid principles where all components are connected and tested make it easy electrical and hydraulic installation saving time and money. A friendly configuration, maintenance and operation make them ideal systems used in flocculation process as dewatering, pre-filtration, paper industry… The extraction capacities for this models just depends the dosing flow rate and for that recommendable understand the indicated volume as a hourly capacity assuming 60 minutes maturation time that is the standard for most polyelectrolyte manufacturers. Main structure built in HDPE with classic three chambers parallelepiped geometry connected by overflow channels permitting distinct solution volumes for dilution, maturation and dosing.
Emulsion in 2 Chambers
CL-D models are complete systems to dilute emulsion polyelectrolyte’s with water in continues mode to reach effective poly concentration solution between 0,05 % and 0,5 %. Built as skid principles where all components are connected and tested make it easy electrical and hydraulic installation saving time and money. A friendly configuration, maintenance and operation make them ideal systems used in flocculation process as dewatering, pre-filtration, paper industry. The preparing capacity for this models just depends the dosing flow rate and for that is recommendable to understand the indicated volume as a hourly capacity, assuming 60 minutes maturation time, wich is the standard for most polyelectrolyte manufacturers. Main structure built in HDPE, with two chambers parallelepiped geometry connected by overflow channels permitting distinct solution volumes for, maturation and dosing. Pre-dilution system by static mixer in feed water line.
Batch Dilution Systems
Model BS - Powder Chemicals
BS models are complete systems to dilute powder chemicals with water in batch mode if dosing with standard dry feeder and compatible with HDPE and stainless steel, in adjustable variable concentrations ratio 1:5. Built as skid principles where all components are connected and tested make it easy electrical and hydraulic installation saving time and money. Easy maintenance and operation procedures make them ideal systems used to prepare carbon and lime suspensions, soda ash or even polyelectrolyte solutions that require batch preparation process.
Model BL - Liquid Chemicals
BL models are complete systems built to diluting liquid chemicals with water in batch mode and adjustable variable concentrations ratio 1:10, suitable for liquids that is possible dosing with standard peristaltic or diaphragm pump and chemically compatible. Built as skid principles where all components are connected and tested make it easy electrical and hydraulic installation saving time and money. Easy maintenance and operation procedures make them ideal systems used batch dilution process. The level of available solution is controlled by an ultrasonic probe on the outside of the tank, which allows the low level to start the reset process by opening the solenoid valve and when it reaches the maximum level, stop the inflow of dilution water.
Tanks
Preparation Tanks
TPP models are small storage tanks for water treatment chemical products on using points. Common call day tanks are useful for local dilution and preparation procedures or just for dosing. High versatility, easy transport and storing, built from HDPE sheets by welding and extrusion procedures are compatible with most part of commercial chemical products and for that an additional value on conception and erection of water treatment plants. The simple conception with flat cylinder tops (roof and floor) turns the TPP range easy and economic manufacture. The flat roof is very useful to install dosing pumps and/or other accessories. Optionally can be requested internal roof reinforcements to support heavy parts like mixers on the top, avoiding long term deformations. For mixing applications should be requested internal vertical baffles to avoid vortices with consequent vibrations, that can damage the mixer and the tank itself.
