Krieger K-Mix - Special Edition Mixing & Homogenising System
The K- mix special edition offers a compact platform for vacuum processing of creams , gels and ointments. The basis machine has an automatic vacuum regulation system included. Optional are CIP / SIP system and heating / cooling systems.
Krieger Molto Mat - Mixing & Homogenising System
The Molto Mat is designed to be one of the most versatile machines on the market for processing aseptic and fully sterile liquids and semi – solids. It complies to current cGMP, FDA and HSE rules. Pressure vessel certification to PED, ASME and Chinese rules can be chosen from. The Molto Mat is certified for EX Proof till Zone 0 processes. A full validation package with Software written to GAMP V is available for each machine.
Krieger Molto Mat Contained - Mixing & Homogenising System
The Molto Mat Contained uses Krieger’s contained process technology with the Krieger famous fast low shear homogenisation agitators and the Krieger specially developed seal containment chamber. Both ensure a 100% sterile and contained viscous gel production in an easy to validate, operate and to scale manufacturing process. Besides viscous injectables, viscoelastics and blood plasma preparation, many compounds for injectables with controlled slow drug realease can be manufactured with the MMD Contained machine line.
Krieger - Cleaning in Place / Sterilisation in Place
The Krieger validated CIP / SIP technologies are a standard feature on the Molto Mat range and is optional on the K- Mix range. The Krieger CIP / SIP system gains valuable process cycle time, compared to traditional systems.
Krieger - Refurbish and upgrade of Krieger machines
This is another way how Krieger preserves our nature’s resources, by Kriegers ability to refurbish older Krieger equipment. We reuse all main parts of the equipment and upgrade the old Krieger units with modern PLC systems, newly automated vacuum / pressure regulations, CIP systems, and the latest design features, this all to give a new life span to exisiting machines.
