KRR ProStream - Shock Pulse Generators

Shock Pulse Generators (SPGs) are designed to perform round-the-clock cleaning of power plants using pressurised gas combustion and replace other systems such as soot blowers, rappers, shot and shower cleaning. Unlike these other maintenance systems, the SPGs do not introduce any moisture or foreign material and are therefore less likely to cause blockages or erosion to boiler tubes. We can supply, install, commission, and maintain SPG systems based on the technology developed by Swiss engineering firm Explosion Power GmbH. The new SPGr series utilises a direct filling method that mixes gases within the combustion chamber, allowing a more compact and robust design for simpler and increased installation capability.

KRR ProStream - High Pressure CO2 Material

The application of High Pressure CO2 as a means of moving material was originally developed for mining and excavation purposes. It is now an established technique that is used worldwide in a variety of industrial settings. The HPCO2 equipment used by KRR ProStream is supplied by our partners BANG&CLEAN TECHNOLOGIES AG. The principles of operation are essentially no different to the original Cardox design, but are focused on power and process plant applications.

KRR ProStream - High Temperature Video Camera System

Inspection, monitoring and analysis of a plant’s performance is not always given sufficient priority because of health and safety concerns, lack of manpower and technical constraints. This can be the cause of unexpected outages or reduced performance. Our camera system allows us to look inside the plant whilst the facility is online. Our cameras have various functions enabling them to operate at temperatures up to 1200°C and with a variety of access constraints.

KRR Bang&Clean - Mobile Cleaning Solution Technology

Bang&Clean is a mobile cleaning solution for a wide range of solid residues that can build up within boilers, hoppers, and silos. Shock waves are created using a finely controlled gas mixture to gradually remove deposits and fouling from affected surfaces.
