The GP100 glass crusher with Implosion technology rapidly transforms container, flat and mixed glass into a sharp free cullet in seconds.

The GPK300 Sand production system is designed to process a flat, container, or mixed MRF glass to a grit sized sharp free glass cullet.

Through a series of processes the GPS15 glass purification plant will convert a >50mm mixed MRF feedstock into multiple sizes of sterile sharp free cullet.

The K500 conveyor and screener is designed to process a flat, container, or mixed MRF glass to a grit sized sharp free glass cullet.

Example size: 8-12mm. Imploded and screened. Screened at 12mm (dependant on contamination levels) the majority of non-glass contamination can be removed. Further screening can separate the glass in to additional size fractions.

Specific example size: 0.5-1.4mm. Primary Implosion, coarse screening to remove non-glass contaminates, secondary Implosion followed by air density separation and fine screening. Multiple sizes available from a single screener. Material must be dry to achieve effective screening at fine sizes.

Fully refined glass cullet; produced by Imploding the glass component of a mixed glass feedstock to liberate any non-glass and to utilise size separation to remove the non-glass contaminates. Once the majority of non-glass material is removed the material is pyro dried removing all remaining non-glass and organics. Once cooled the material is further size reduced and screened into specific fractions to client`s requirements.

Example size: 1.5mm. Fully refined sterile glass cullet from a purification plant is subjected to further processing by a mill. This produces fine sands and powders down to 75µm.
