Rotex- Standard - Flexible Jaw Couplings

ROTEX torsional flexible couplings are characterized by small dimensions, low weight and low mass moments of inertia yet transmit high torques. Running quality and service life of the coupling are improved by accurate all-over machining. Their application is ideal for transmitting torque while damping torsional vibrations and absorbing shocks produced by the uneven operation of certain prime movers. ROTEX® torsional flexible couplings are equipped with the new temperature resistant T-PUR spider which is available in three different degrees of Shore hardness.

Toolflex - Metall Bellow Type Coupling

TOOLFLEX is a torsionally stiff, flexible metal bellow coupling with a bellow from stainless steel and coupling hubs from aluminium (in size 55 and 65 as well as with type KN the coupling hubs are from steel). The metal bellow compensates perfectly for axial, radial and angular displacements. At the same time its geometric shape allows for high torsional stiffness and a low mass moment of inertia. In addition it is resistant to media influences and critical operating conditions. For different applications and assemblies the TOOLFLEX offers various hub designs as well as two different bellow lengths. The combination of these single parts forms one type.
