Kuo Testing Laboratories was founded by Eugene & Judy Kuo in 1993 and currently provides analytical services for a wide array of local, national and international clients. Dr. Kuo, President of KTL, has over thirty years experience in agricultural, industrial and environmental testing and extensive consulting experience in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Laboratory clients include Pacific Northwest farmers and fertilizer dealers; food processors; crop consultants; environmental engineers and scientists; public and private water system owners; government and university researchers; and various heavy and light industries.

KTL maintains certifications from Washington State Departments of Health and Ecology.

In order to maintain its high quality customer service, KTL seeks out and employs experienced, service-oriented employees. Customer service representatives at KTL are always courteous, professional, and ready to answer questions or address customer concerns.

The KTL laboratory staff technicians are skilled, well-trained professionals. In addition to Dr. Kuo`s Ph.D. in soil chemistry from Oregon State University, KTL`s business management staff includes a computer accounting and networking specialist with a B.A. in economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Brigham Young University.

Since 1996, KTL has provided local service to northern Oregon, Yakima Valley, Lower Columbia, and Umatilla Basin customers from its offices in Othello and Umatilla. Staff at KTL provide special sampling services and sample courier services and handle other important local customer service needs. The KTL sales representatives have years of agricultural testing experience to provide KTL customers with the excellent service they`ve come to expect from KTL.

For agricultural customers, KTL has developed unique monitoring charts with historical data and/or the full season of analytical testing to provide time-critical crop management information.
