Eclipse standard surface pipette tips include as standard many features available from other suppliers only as special upgrades. All the Eclipse tips we make are made of high quality 100% pure virgin medical grade polypropylene so you won`t find recycled plastics in our tips. We pre-test the resin to ensure no extractables are present. Every lot is lab tested and certified free of detectable Nuclease (Rnase/Dnase), Adenosine Tri-phosphate, and Endotoxin (pyrogen) contamination. All our resins are pre-tested for metal contamination. Certificates are downloadable from us by lot number for all our tips and available from the certificates page.

Our SuperSlik Low Retention tips are made from our own proprietary formula non-wetable polypropylene. This exclusive resin limits the adhesion of cells, rDNA, proteins, and other viscous materials. Their accuracy and precision is up to 10 times better with viscous samples than standard non-wettable polypropylene. SuperSlik® tips have no additives or coatings that can loosen and migrate into your sample. And unlike other low retention tips SuperSlik® tips use no restricted chemicals.

We designed our SuperClear high performance centrifuge tubes to successfully meet your needs every time you use them. We test every lot of these tubes at a much higher g-force than we rate them to ensure that you can spin them safely. Our quality control team tests the seals with chloroform. So these don`t just look like centrifuge tubes, they really are.

Our PerformR® centrifuge tubes combine reliable performance in major centrifuges. Spin rates higher than most popular brands. And high quality lab certified non cyto-toxic medical grade resin. With PerformR® you don't have to compromise your work with low quality tubes. Our PerformR® Centrifuge Tubes are developed using our own in-house laboratory and tested in real labs in most basic centrifuging procedures.

Labcon SuperClear® round bottom tubes are precision molded with a precisely smooth round bottom, perfect for a multitude of general laboratory uses. Our round bottom tubes have thicker walls for greater strength in handling and centrifuging. These tubes are made from 100% virgin Class VI medical grade resin so you can be sure there is no contamination from the use of commodity grade plastics. Unlike other lesser tubes our SuperClear® round bottom tubes are lot tested and certified free of detectable Nuclease, Endotoxin, and ATP contamination.

Labcon SuperClear® conical bottom tubes are precision molded with a precisely smooth conical bottom. Perfect for a multitude of general laboratory uses. Our conical bottom tubes have thicker walls for greater strength in handling and centrifuging. A screw cap with liner seals these tubes liquid tight. These tubes are made from 100% virgin Class VI medical grade resin so you can be sure there is no contamination from the use of commodity grade plastics. Unlike other lesser tubes our SuperClear® conical bottom tubes are lot tested and certified free of detectable Nuclease, Endotoxin, and ATP contamination.

Our PCR tubes are made with our pure SuperClear® resins and work with all major brands of thermocyclers. Labcon PurePlus® PCR tubes are developed using our own in-house laboratory and tested on real thermocyclers. PurePlus® PCR tubes are available for standard, Real Time, and RT PCR.

Our disposables for polymerase chain reaction amplification can consistently be relied upon to perform. Our flexible wall PCR plates are made with our pure SuperClear® resin and work with all major brands of thermocyclers. Labcon PurePlus® PCR plates are developed using our own in-house laboratory and tested on real thermocyclers. Flexible wall PurePlus® PCR plates are available for standard and qPCR. Our plates for qPCR thermocycling fit major thermocyclers that require an optically opaque well plate for proper functioning.

Our MetalFree® tubes are produced to ensure that key trace metals are kept below one part per billion (1ppb). They can be used for storage and analysis tasks that require extremely low levels of most common metals. These tubes are produced with a proprietary process that virtually eliminates common metals. Far cleaner than metal free tubes offering a simple 1 part per million (1ppm) certification these tubes are unique. Developed in our own lab and using an Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectroscopy (ICP) system these tubes are free of more than 40 common trace metals to a detection level of 1 part per billion (10-9).

Samples of proteins, other biological molecules, and cell cultures are commonly shipped and stored on dry ice, putting them at risk of acidification by up to 2.5 pH units. In standard centrifuge tubes, CO2 vapor from dry ice enters the tube headspace and causes a significant drop in the pH of the sample.
