MONSUN bucket elevators are manufactured in a heavy-duty, industrial design which ensures efficient conveying of products within the grain and feed industry, breweries, malt houses as well as products/granules from other industries. The bucket elevator is equipped with high efficiency buckets, heavy-duty industrial belt and self-cleaning bucket pulleys as standard.

MONSUN Clean bucket elevators are designed with a self-cleaning ability, which makes them suitable for conveying tasks with a low tolerance to mixtures. Clean bucket elevators are manufactured in a heavy-duty, industrial design and have an elevator foot with a round bottom which minimizes the residual amount of material before it is emptied completely, if necessary, via the cleaning hatches or via the equipment for electronic compressed air cleaning of the bottom (option).

As a standard, the belt conveyor is supplied with gearmotor and galvanized side stringers and conveyor pulleys. Additionally,  our belt conveyors can be supplied with oil-resistant belt, capacity regulation, automatic tensioning, spot filter, wire-operated emergency shutdown, reversible equipment, throw-off carriage with motor drive and drive on all four wheels.  The throw-off carriage can be supplied with motor operated 2 or 3-way valve.

More inlets can be mounted and there is a possibility of mounting the belt conveyor under the intake pit as well as suspend it as movable, traversing or longitudinal conveyor.

Chain conveyors type C are used with a standard chain for horizontal and inclined conveying up to 7° inclination of bulk materials with full product height and capacity.

MONSUN™ clean chain conveyors have been designed for better self-cleaning abilities compared to traditional chain conveyors, meaning they are very applicable for conveying tasks with a low tolerance for mixing of products.
