Lackeby Wire bar screen is a cable-driven coarse screen designed for installation in deep and wide channels and very suitable for installation where ceiling heights are limited because the screen’s total height is low compared to other bars on the market. The screen is completely covered and can be delivered complete with control cabinet.

Lackeby Climber bar screen is intended for installations in pumping stations and waste water treatment plants. It is a developed coarse screen based on the well-known technology and 25 years of experience. The construction is sturdy and has a long life time compared to previously known coarse screens. Lackeby Climber bar screen has few moving parts and has a minimal need for lubrication and maintenance. The design of the coarse screen makes the rake with a slot widths down to 6 mm available. The rake arm has a hinged attachment with adjustable pressure. Hardended involute gear racks and cogwheel drive system eliminates the need of chain tension. As the gear racks are fixed to frame sides the depth of channel and discharge hights are unlimited. Each screen bar is individually replaceable. The rake cleans the screen and lifts the screening up along a stainless steel trough for unloading.

Lackeby Travelling grit scraper is a travelling scraper for rectangular grit chambers which can be delivered in two versions;

Lackeby Screw press can be delivered as a combined washing and pressing unit. Material is washed during transport and dewatered in the unit’s perforated dewatering zone. A plug of dewatered material is formed at the outlet end due to the resistance created by three counterforce plates which is the key to reach the very high amount of dry substance.

The press unit is equipped with an inspection hatch to make maintenance simpler and enable flushing of the press pipe. Flexible attachment of the presspipe in the press unit makes presspipe replacement easier. The spiral is fitted with a brush at the drainage to minimize the risk of clogging. As standard, screw presses are made in stainless steel or acid-proof steel with Hardox wear bars. Spirals are made of black material as standard, but are also avaliable in stainless steel.
