Laitex elevators are an excellent choice for vertical conveying of both fine and coarse materials including ash, cement, various pigments, biomass, and other bulk materials. Laitex designs are made of standard modules, which are tailored to meet each client’s specific needs. Our basic models include chain bucket elevators and belt bucket elevators. The first is suitable for fine materials whereas the second can be used for heavier and coarse materials.

The belt discharger can be equipped with the weight sensors, which allow control of material flows and volumes by regulating the belt speed.

The Laitex stoker discharger is a robust and reliable receiving station option for solid fuels based on reliable and simple solutions. Stoker dischargers can be implemented in various dimensions by installing several standard units side by side for the required storage capacity. Several discharger sections for different fuel components also enables the generation of desired fuel mixes by discharging materials from several sections simultaneously. Stoker dischargers are usually hydraulically operated and installed on a concrete foundation. Available accessories include a blockage sensor and shredder or levelling rollers.

Laitex fuel receiving station with chain dischargers is a reliable choice for solid fuels. It is based on reliable and tested solutions. The frame is made of structural steel, with a film laminated or stainless steel deck. The station is driven with a ratchet wheel or hydraulic cylinder, or it can be equipped with a geared or hydraulic motor. Due to its structure, the receiving station will empty completely during the material discharge. Storage volume depends on the conveyor length and the number of dischargers.
