Technology:Single-drum water tube boiler providing natural circulation with radiation passes and convection heating surfaces. In water-tube boilers, the water to be evaporated is being piped through the water tubes, which also form the heating surfaces. The convection-heating surface is also made from water-carrying tubes, being heated by the flue gases.

Application:for rectangular and square supply equipment, silos with a discharge lengths of to 14 m (46`). Material to be conveyed:uncut/uncrushed material, edge length max. 0.5 m (1,8"). Output Range:up to 20 m³/hr. (706 ft³).

The machine consists of a 360 degrees rotatable discharge head with drive, pivoted in the centre of the silo floor. The discharge screw is mounted with single sided bearings inside the discharge head, the fuel is carried to the centre of the discharge head and down from there. The combination of screw auger rotation with the simultaneous rotation of the discharge head allows for a continuous, well controllable discharge from round silos, and safely avoids fuel bridging in the silo.

Application: Separator for fly ash, used as a pre-separator and spark arrestor before electrostatic precipitators or bag filters. Temperature Range: up to 250 °C (482 °F). Pure Gas Dust Content: <300 mg/Nm^3. Technology: Mono-Cyclone in welded design.

Technology: The wet de-ashing system is designed as a scraper chain conveyor with a horizontal and increasing segment, including drive station with geared motor, clamping station and water level control. Sealing towards the firing system through dip nozzles in the water. Drag chains as hardened round steel chains.

Trough screw conveyor and tubular screw conveyor in sturdy design with spindle bearings on both sides. Optional with temperature resistant screw pitch and temperature decoupled bearing and gear motor. LAMBION offers complete ash removal systems with combinations of several in series and parallel arranged de-ashing screws matching the respective boiler system.
