Landau Associates has provided environmental remediation investigation, design, and oversight services at more than 500 industrial, commercial, and municipal sites. Our services have been conducted at sites ranging from large federal Superfund sites to small former industrial and commercial sites subject to property transaction. Our site remediation services are often integrated into property redevelopment projects, saving time and money for our clients.

Landau Associates has prepared environmental documentation for a diverse range of projects in compliance with both the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). We have also prepared and coordinated federal, state, and local permitting documents, resulting in issuance of environmental project permits and approvals. Our services also include project scoping, and negotiation of effective and practical project impact mitigation and permit provisions with permitting and resource agencies.

Landau Associates` geotechnical engineering services support site development, infrastructure development and improvement, natural resource enhancement, and site remediation projects. We are one of only a few Northwest firms that have the capability to perform advanced numerical analyses including dynamic modeling on our geotechnical projects to optimize project design and reduce construction costs. As a result, we have saved our clients a lot of money and have earned a solid reputation for providing highly efficient and effective geotechnical consultation and design services.

Landau Associates has provided air quality consulting and permitting services throughout the Pacific Northwest for more than 15 years. Our services support new and expanding industrial and commercial development for traditional point sources, mobile air sources, and projects regulated by new carbon policy.

Landau Associates has provided water supply, stormwater management, dewatering, and groundwater engineering consultation in the Northwest since 1982.
