LS-LAB-CS  is a versatile compact workstation designed for high  demanding laser processing applications where multiple laser sources, analysis equipment and high level of customization is needed.  Based in precise optical honeycomb breadboard’s structure, LS-LAB-CS provides high flexibility for R&D applications at an affordable  cost. User friendly  software with CAD GUI environment (codeless programming) ensure efficient and fast process development.

LS-HDPRO  Versatile ultra-compact all-in-one laser micromachining system ready for nanosecond or femtosecond laser processing where nanometer resolutions and laser spot sizes down to 1 micron are required. The laser head integrates external power control, 2D galvanometer scanning, high quality vision system, autofocus laser sensor and all the electronics necessary to drive up to 4 high performance stages (XYZ-Rot).

The LS-PS10 is built on a roboust and heavy granite structure equipped with high precision X, Y and Z stages to position the sample and laser beam with high resolution (20 nm) and accuracy better than +/- 2.5 μm for a XY processing area of 300 x 300 mm.

Customizable Laser Processing System with Ultra Precision X, Y and Z stages. The LS-μPS is built on roboust and heavy granite structure equipped with ultra precision X, Y and Z stages to position the sample with the highest resolution (1 nm) and accuracy better than +/- 0.75 μm.
