Cleaner and Conditioner for Hardened, Polished Concrete Floors. FGS Concrete Conditioner is a proprietary concrete cleaner and conditioner designed for on-going maintenance of hardened polished concrete surfaces. This product is highly concentrated and contains state-of-the-art wetting and emulsifying agents. FGS Concrete Conditioner is specifically manufactured to be used for maintenance of FGS PERMASHINE® Floors.

CITREX is a heavy duty degreaser, orange citrus based chemical cleaner for both specialized heavy duty cleaning and every day maintenance. This pleasantly fragrant cleaner is formulated to include low foaming emulsifiers and degreasing agents in high concentrations. CITREX is concentrated to maintain high activity at various dilutions with water to effectively remove accumulations of built-up grease, grime, oil and rubber burns.

E-CON is a concentrated, odorless, water-based polymer liquid that, when placed on fresh concrete, forms a thin, continuous monomolecular film that temporarily reduces rapid moisture loss from the concrete surface. E-CON reduces contractor field problems with exposed exterior concrete by minimizing surface crusting and plastic shrinkage cracks. E-CON helps achieve superior quality flatwork. It minimizes water evaporation and controls the surface condition of the slab to aid in meeting finishing schedules. It is effective in minimizing rapid drying conditions due to high temperatures, low humidity, high winds and direct sunlight.

DEBOND COLD is a non-staining, VOC-compliant, 100% chemically active, concrete form release for application to all types of concrete forms, but especially for use in demanding prestress and precast applications. DEBOND COLD is a pale, fast drying, ready to use, sprayable liquid that is non-toxic and safe to use. DEBOND COLD is a specially balanced combination of highly refined fatty acids carried in a non-staining, non-residual mineral oil. DEBOND COLD is free of kerosene, diesel fuel, fuel oils, waxes and resins.   It is non-toxic and non-irritating to skin. DEBOND COLD forms a water resistant chemical barrier and reacts with the alkalis in the concrete to prevent concrete sticking or build-up on forms, equipment and accessories coming in contact with the concrete. The resulting concrete is stain-free and residue-free, ready to receive paints, mortar, moistureproofers, plaster or other toppings.

DRESS & SEAL WB formulations are water-based, low VOC, acrylic copolymer solutions that cure, seal and dustproof concrete without yellowing. The tough film locks in moisture, curing the concrete for maximum hardness. These clear, fast drying, sprayable liquids are equally effective on interior as well as exterior surfaces. DRESS & SEAL WB formulations have a very low odor and dry to form a clear, medium to high gloss, protective film that is highly resistant to blushing. They adhere well to sound concrete surfaces and have excellent barrier properties, particularly to jobsite contaminants, dirt, and a variety of mild chemicals.

DRESS & SEAL is a sprayable, acrylic copolymer that cures, seals and dustproofs concrete. DRESS & SEAL`s tough, impervious acrylic retains moisture, curing the concrete for maximum hardness. This clear, fast drying, sprayable sealer is effective on both interior and exterior surfaces. The high solids, film forming qualities of DRESS & SEAL provides protection from penetration of salts, jobsite dirt and other mild contaminants, as long as the film is intact.

DRESS & SEAL 30 is a ready-to-use, acrylic copolymer that cures, seals and dustproofs concrete. The high-solids, tough impervious DRESS & SEAL 30 retains mix water, curing the concrete for increased strength potential. This clear, fast drying, sprayable sealer is equally effective on interior as well as exterior surfaces. DRESS & SEAL 30 is the highest solids version of our popular DRESS & SEAL products. The high solids, filmforming qualities of DRESS & SEAL 30 provides protection from penetration of salts, jobsite dirt and other mild contaminants, as long as the film is intact.

L&M Vivid Concrete Dye is formulated using extremely fine molecules of color designed to penetrate and color any cementitious surface. Vivid Concrete Dye was created for use with FGS PermaShine polished concrete floor system, but can be used as a base color or touch up for acid stained concrete or as a coloring agent itself. Always apply the dye in a sample area first in order to confirm desired color.
