Pipeline - Screening Padding Machines
Laurini - Screening Padding Machine
Vulcano 2.0 is the best-selling radio-controlled mobile screener, to be loaded with an excavator, in the Pipeline world. The screener mesh is interchangeable, and the plate feeder, with adjustable speed, allows optimal material flow management. The conveyor belt, which deposits the fine material directly into the trench, is retractable to direct the material into the excavation and foldable to facilitate transport. These features, combined with its high reliability, make Vulcano 2.0 an extremely versatile solution, suitable for different types of terrain and adaptable to multiple track configurations.
Laurini - Screening Padding Machine
Vulcano Smart is the most compact and easy-to-transport version of Vulcano 2.0, our best-selling machine. The screener mesh is interchangeable, and the plate feeder, with adjustable speed, allows optimal material flow management. The conveyor belt, which deposits the fine material directly into the trench, is retractable to direct the material into the excavation and foldable to facilitate transport. These features, combined with its high reliability, make Vulcano Smart an extremely versatile vibrating screener, suitable for different types of terrain and adaptable to multiple track configurations.
Laurini - Screening Padding Machine
Vulcano XXL is the largest machine in the series, suitable for projects that require high productivity. Like the other models, the screener mesh is easily interchangeable, and the plate feeder, with adjustable speed, allows optimal material flow management. The conveyor belt, which deposits the fine material directly into the trench, is retractable and foldable. These features, combined with its high reliability, make Vulcano XXL an extremely versatile mobile screener, suitable for different types of terrain and adaptable to multiple track configurations.
Laurini - Self-Loading Screeners

This advanced model, fully radio-controlled, is designed to ensure maximum productivity and reliability even in challenging operating conditions. With an impressive capacity of up to 280 m³/h, the Selfloading Superscreen is perfectly suited for large-scale projects such as daily underground pipeline construction, optimizing time and resources.
Pipeline - Crushing Padding Machines
Laurini - Crushing Padding Machine
Hammer 2.0 is a machine equipped with a powerful hammer mill driven by two hydraulic motors located at the ends of the rotor’s main shaft. The mill is fed by a hopper and a chain conveyor with adjustable speed, allowing for dosing the amount of material to be processed for greater efficiency. The robust undercarriage makes this crusher ideal for operations on steep slopes, ensuring stability and safety.
Laurini - Crushing Padding Machine
Grub 2000 is a self-loading mobile crusher designed specifically to operate along the side of trenches. This model collects and crushes the excavation waste material, composed of rocky material of various granulometries, soil, and debris. The fine material produced is discharged into the trench for the creation of the bedding and/or for back-filling the pipe, thanks to the retractable transverse conveyor belt with which the machine is equipped.
Demolition Machines
Laurini - Demolition Machine
SETTANTA is the world’s first machine entirely designed for demolition. Equipped with exceptional technical features, it stands out as unique and highly competitive in its field. This name, chosen for our 70th anniversary (1955-2025), represents not only a significant milestone in the history of our company but also a true technological breakthrough in the demolition sector.
Laurini - Demolition Machine
The CAT 6015 Demolition, nicknamed “JUMBO,” is the largest demolition excavator in Europe, and the largest excavator ever transformed by Laurini: it can reach a maximum working height of 48 meters and an operating weight of 351 tons (compared to 50 tons of a common excavator). The machine is transportable in all its digging and demolition versions using 12 trucks. The Jumbo was designed and built by the Laurini team in just over a year, with approximately 3000 hours of design work.
Tunneling - Highway Tunnel Maintenance - Concrete Milling
Laurini - Milling Equipment
Just like its bigger brother “Jocker,” it is used for milling operations on the concrete vaults of tunnels. This equipment consists of a milling head mounted on a telescopic arm, which in turn is mounted on a slewing ring that allows continuous 360-degree rotation, enabling work on inclined or upward surfaces. It is suitable for application on 25 to 30-ton excavators, and thanks to a quick-attach system with hydraulic pins, it can be quickly disassembled to return the machine to excavation configuration.
