All Leachator control panels are UL508A/698A listed. UL listing assures you of the highest quality system that also provides the best safety features for the operator. Leachator Pumping Systems recommends NEMA 4X Stainless Steel control panel enclosures. While we also offer painted steel and Fiberglass enclosures, stainless steel is your best long-term solution. The fact is that pumps will wear out, electrical components may need to be replaced but your control panel enclosure should last for the life cycle of the landfill. Using stainless steel enclosures ensures that it will.

Pumping leachate presents special problems. Leachator Pumping Systems, Inc., has gained extensive pump specification experience in the 17 years we have served the landfill market. We offer a many types of electric and pneumatic pumps to satisfy a wide range of applications. Plus, the pumps we supply are modified and upgraded to handle the unique requirements encountered in landfills.

Leachator Pumping Systems uses a patented wheeled carriage design to house the multistage turbine pumps and associated motors and to provide ease of insertion and retrieval in side slope riser applications. These carriages are individually sized to fit the specific pump and motor for your application. The large wheels are angled to match the riser inside diameter and to allow the carriage to move over welds and irregularities in the riser.

Leachator’s remote monitoring and control systems provide landfill operators with dramatic increases in productivity and improved reporting capability.  These systems are designed to remotely monitor and report the status of pumps, liquid levels, alarms, and a wide range of other user defined parameters.
