LPS-141-U series is single coil spring unbalanced Mechanical Seal developed with rubber bellow for Water, Oils & Light duties applications. The seal is single acting and independent of direction of rotation. These seals have a unique rubber bellow as a secondary seal with self aligning feature which rotate on shaft with tightness, rubber bellows protect to shaft or sleeve from fretting, notches provided on seal faces and retainer give extra positive drive, special materials can be offered to meet customer requirements, this seals are comfortable to use in wide range of application as below:

“Rubber Bellow Mechanical Seal” Type LPS-001-U & LSP-012-U series are developed with RUBBER BELLOW for Water, Oils & Light duties applications. Rubber Bellow seal is single acting and independent of direction of rotation. These seals have a unique rubber bellow as a secondary seal with self aligning feature which compensates abnormal shaft end play and run-out to provide long service life, rubber bellows protect to shaft or sleeve from fretting, special materials can be offered to meet customer requirements, this seals are comfortable to use in wide range of application as below:

LPS-011-U series is single conical spring unbalanced mechanical seal with “O” ring as secondary sealing offered for wide service applications. These seals designed are dependent of the direction of rotation, torque transmission is done by single conical spring and direction of rotation is seen from the drive end of the shaft.

LPS-021-U / LPS-025-U & LPS-031-B/LPS-035 series are internal mounted single spring unbalanced/balanced Mechanical Seals suitable for wide service applications. It is independent of direction of rotation, these seals driven by drive ring or drive collar, rotary is driven by the motion transmitted by shaft to spring, seals are having easy fitment & pushed with drive ring or drive collar support. As all parts are Interchangeable, one can convert this series LPS-021-U/ LPS-031-B to LPS-025-U/LPS-035-B by changing only the dynamic ring and the secondary seal, this principle is ideal for stock rationalization, this seals are comfortable to use in wide range of application as below:

LPS-041-U/LPS-045-U & LPS-051-B/LPS-055-B series are internal mounted single helical coil spring bi-directional unbalanced/balanced Mechanical Seal designed for dirty media & clogging type applications. It is independent of direction of rotation, these seals are driven by drive ring or drive collar with clutch type arrangement, in case if spring clogged but rotary will be driven reliably, seals are having easy fitment & pushed with drive ring or drive collar support, double “V” packing are spring energized to give perfect dynamic sealing. As all parts are interchangeable, one can convert this series LPS-041-U/ LPS-051-B  to LPS-045-U/LPS-055-B by changing only the dynamic ring and the secondary seal, this principle is ideal for stock rationalization, this seal are comfortable to use in wide range of application as below:

LPS-081-U/LPS-085-U & LPS-083-B/LPS-088-B series are multiple springs unbalanced/balanced Mechanical Seal developed for universal applications. It is independent of direction of rotation; torque transmission from drive collar shell to dynamic ring is done through drive pin. Their compact design permits their used in all types of centrifugal pumps and which helps in easier installation & removal. As all parts are interchangeable, one can convert this series LPS-081-U/LPS-083-B to LPS-085-U/LPS-088-B by changing only the dynamic ring, this principle is ideal for stock rationalization, this seals are comfortable to use in wide range of application as below:

LPS-091-U/LPS-095-U & LPS-093-B/LPS-98-B series are multiple springs unbalanced/balanced Mechanical Seal developed for universal applications. It is independent of direction of rotation, torque transmission from retainer shell to dynamic ring is done through drive lugs, their compact design permits their used in all types of centrifugal pumps and all components are held together by a snap ring which helps in easier installation & removal. As all parts are interchangeable, one can convert this series LPS-091-U/LPS-093B to LPS-095-U/LPS-98-B by changing only the dynamic ring & the secondary seal, this principle is Ideal for stock rationalisation, this seals are comfortable to use in wide range of application as below:

LPS-105-RB series is multiple springs externally mounted reverse balanced Mechanical Seal designed with “O” ring as secondary sealing member suitable for various applications which are being pumped moderate & high pressure. This seal is used in wide service applications with various seal faces & elastomers, this seal can also be used for corrosive services as the metallic components does not come in direct contact with media to be sealed. This seal can also be installed in double back to back arrangement as internal seal, though the pressure of the barrier fluid goes down this seal will not allow the process fluid to mix with barrier fluid, hence it’s called a reverse balanced seal, this seal is offered for wide range of application as below :

LPS-151, LPS-151-R & LPS-155-S series are specially designed PTFE (Teflon) bellow Mechanical Seals for light & extremely corrosive chemicals including concentrated acids, salts, strong oxidising, reducing agents and chemically active organic compounds. These seals are independent of direction of rotation, these seals are externally mounted with easy installation procedure, these seals can be offered in composite & replaceable faces version. All the components which come in contact with media to be sealed are made of chemically inert materials, metallic components, clamp ring and springs are located outside of the pump’s stuffing box so does not come in direct contact of fluid, these seals are comfortable to use in wide range of application as below:

LPS-161-IB, LPS-165IB & LPS-171-L-IB series are welded metal bellow inherently balanced Mechanical Seals suitable for moderate temperature & pressure applications. It is independent of direction of rotation; these seals are mainly used in chemicals, petrochemicals & refinery process units. Edge welded metal bellow seals are constructed by series of diaphragms together to form a bellows unit, the bellow unit eliminates the need for springs and provides flexibility to the seal faces in addition compensating for seal faces wear. These seal are available in O-ring as secondary seal to be use in suitable temperature conditions, these seals are comfortable to use in wide range of application as below:
