This Planned Maintenance is ideally suited for older PAL systems (3-4 years of age) including Combi PAL, HTS PAL, HTC PAL, LC PAL, GC PAL, and PAL-xt systems.  This service includes: Replace tension cords, Replace flat cable, Guide Rod Repair Kit, including sensor, Visual inspection of the Injection Head, Work is performed at LEAP repair depot.

Enjoying the high level of performance of the PAL System starts with an impeccable installation performed by our experience service engineers.  We will take the time to adjust all objects for your specific configuration and ensure that the on-board formware is optimized for your application. Our engineers will also take the time to sit with all system users to trained them on daily operation and answer their questions about their new system. For new users we also offer customized user training, at your location or at our Service Center in North Carolina.

Installation Qualifications, Operational Qualifications and other custom validation protocol have been developed by LEAP to help you answer the regulatory requirements of your lab. These services are offered by trained engineers and are often coupled with an installation or a preventive maintenance. We offer travel discounts when such services are bundled.

Annual Preventive Maintenance is key to keeping the PAL System in good condition. Beyond the tension cords and other consumables that are changed during a normal Preventive Maintenance, we inspect, clean and lubricate all three axis of the autosampler. These labor intensive step should not be avoided as they extend the longevity of the instrument and ensure effortless movement of the injection head and arm for thousands of reliable injections.
